Finding the right subject to paint and not often repeat yourself is a daunting task. Painting landscapes, overusing the greens may get little bit discouraging after a while. But there's something about walking through the forest late afternoon, early evening. You can always find a captivating opening, or a path in the thick overgrowth through which the low sitting sun shines, creating amazing light contrast and reflections. The scene is not set in the stone, sun is setting close to the horizon fast and the shadows are changing rapidly. But if you managed to capture it regardless the detail, the result is rewarding. It's never the same and never a boring task.
